Tech Souls is hiring a confident and target-driven Sales Executive for a full-time, on-site night shift role. This position is ideal for individuals who are fluent in English and comfortable dealing with international clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate leads and connect with potential clients
• Pitch software, web development, and digital marketing services
• Communicate professionally with international clients (calls & chats)
• Follow up and close deals
• Achieve sales targets and maintain client relationships

Requirements:

• Fluent in English (spoken & written is a must)
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Confident in dealing with clients
• Sales experience preferred (fresh candidates with strong English can apply)
• Self-motivated and target-oriented

Compensation:

• Commission-Based (High earning potential)

Shift Timing:
Night Shift – 5:00 PM to 1:00 AM
