Job Overview: We seek a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new clients, building and maintaining customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. The candidate should have a passion for education and a strong track record in sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and online research.
• Present and promote our online tutoring services to potential clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Develop effective sales strategies and promotional materials.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
• Stay updated on industry trends and the competitive landscape.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
• Proven experience of a minimum of 3-4 years as a Sales Executive or similar role, preferably in the education or e-learning industry.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
