Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and experienced Sales & Business Development Executive to join our growing logistics and warehousing team in Qatar. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B and B2C sales, with expertise in warehouse solutions, excellent negotiation skills, and the ability to build lasting client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients in the logistics and warehousing sector.
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand the company’s client base.
  • Prepare and deliver customized proposals, quotations, and presentations.
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and performance KPIs.
  • Negotiate rates, terms, and contracts with clients to close deals effectively.
  • Coordinate with operations and customer service teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
  • Represent the company professionally in meetings, exhibitions, and networking events.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Native Arabic speaker with strong English communication skills.
  • Solid understanding of freight forwarding, warehousing, and supply chain operations.
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-driven, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Must be currently based in Qatar with a valid QID and transferable visa.
  • Qatar Driving License

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: QAR5,000.00 - QAR6,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Doha: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
