Key Responsibilities
- Actively visit garages, workshops, fleet companies, and spare parts retailers to promote and sell automotive parts.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base within assigned territories.
- Handle customer inquiries professionally and provide suitable parts solutions.
- Prepare competitive quotations, negotiate pricing, and follow up to close sales.
- Promote and sell shock absorbers and suspension components, with strong focus on German vehicle brands.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients through regular visits and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with internal sales and warehouse teams to ensure timely order processing and delivery.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of customer visits, sales activities, and collections.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and product knowledge.
Requirements
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in automotive spare parts outdoor sales.
- Strong knowledge of automotive parts and cataloguing systems.
- Knowledge of shock absorbers is highly preferred, particularly for German brands such as BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Audi, and Volkswagen.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Target-driven with strong field sales capability.
- Good computer skills and familiarity with inventory systems.
- Valid UAE driving license (mandatory).
- Based in or willing to work within Dubai, Sharjah and surrounding areas.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience handling European or luxury automotive brands.
- Multilingual ability (English required; Arabic or Hindi is an advantage).
- Existing market network in the UAE automotive spare parts sector.
