The Sales Representative is responsible for driving sales and managing customer relationships within the packaging industry. They will focus on selling packaging products and solutions to businesses across various sectors, ensuring customer satisfaction, and meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Generation:

Identify new sales opportunities and generate leads within the packaging sector.

Conduct outbound calls, emails, and in-person meetings with potential clients to introduce the company’s products.

Develop and deliver tailored sales presentations to prospective clients.

Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with customers.

Client Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with current clients.

Provide ongoing support, answer client inquiries, and address any concerns related to products or services.

Ensure timely delivery and quality standards are met as per client expectations.

Product Knowledge:

Stay up-to-date with the latest packaging products, industry trends, and competitive offerings.

Effectively communicate the benefits of packaging solutions and help clients choose the best options for their needs.

Sales Reporting:

Maintain accurate records of sales activities, opportunities, and client communications in CRM tools.

Regularly report on sales progress, goals, and market trends to the sales manager.

Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

Collaboration with Internal Teams:

Work closely with the production, design, and logistics teams to ensure orders are processed smoothly and customers are satisfied with the product.

Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns tailored to the packaging industry.

Market Analysis:

Research market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for new business or product development.

Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to network and generate leads.

Skills & Qualifications:

Proven experience in sales, preferably in packaging, manufacturing, or related industries.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Strong understanding of the packaging market, including different materials (cardboard, plastic, etc.), production processes, and trends.

Ability to build strong relationships with clients and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) and MS Office Suite.

Ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a competitive market.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
