Compensation: PKR 70,000–120,000 (Base Salary) + Commission + Performance-Based Bonuses

Role Summary

The Sales Executive – Packaging US will play a key role in driving revenue by identifying sales opportunities, building strong client relationships, and delivering tailored packaging solutions. The ideal candidate is proactive, articulate, and committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct inbound and outbound communication with prospective and existing clients in the U.S. market.

Assess customer requirements and recommend packaging solutions aligned with their business objectives.

Maintain updated knowledge of product offerings, pricing models, and promotional programs.

Achieve monthly sales targets and consistently meet established KPIs.

Ensure professional, courteous, and timely communication in all customer interactions.

Document client conversations, sales activities, and feedback accurately within the CRM system.

Address inquiries and resolve concerns efficiently and effectively.

Collaborate with internal departments to enhance customer satisfaction and support broader sales objectives.

Candidate Requirements

Experience: 0–5 years in sales, customer service, or business development (fresh graduates encouraged).

Communication: Strong verbal and written English with confidence in engaging U.S.-based clients.

Sales Mindset: Target-driven, persuasive, and motivated to excel in a performance-oriented environment.

Problem-Solving: Strong analytical abilities and a solution-focused approach.

Technical Skills: Familiarity with CRM platforms and digital sales tools is preferred.

Shift Availability: Must be able to work the night shift (Monday–Friday, 8:00 PM – 5:00 AM PKT).
