Key Responsibilities
- Promote and Sell Products: Market and sell the company's products, including paver blocks, tiles, kerb stones, and related construction items.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key industry stakeholders such as architects, builders, contractors, dealers, and retailers.
- Business Development: Identify and approach potential clients, generate leads, make cold calls, and develop new client accounts to drive business growth.
- Sales Targets: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual sales targets set by the company.
- Market Analysis: Provide customer feedback and market updates to the company, and analyze market trends to identify new opportunities.
- Negotiation and Closing: Conduct product presentations and demonstrations, negotiate pricing and contracts, and close deals within agreed timelines.
- Logistics Coordination: Manage inventory, billing, and timely payments as per company policy.
- Reporting: Generate reports for effective sales planning and maintain accurate CRM records.
