We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Sales Executive to join our performance marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business, nurturing client relationships, and driving revenue growth through effective sales strategies in the digital marketing space
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and prospect new clients seeking performance marketing services (Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, Lead Generation, etc.).
- Conduct meetings, presentations, and sales pitches to potential clients.
- Understand client needs and propose tailored digital marketing solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to prepare proposals, quotations, and marketing plans.
- Follow up with leads, negotiate contracts, and close deals to meet monthly sales targets.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and upsell opportunities.
- Track sales activities and maintain detailed records in CRM tools.
- Stay updated with digital marketing trends, competition, and industry developments.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (preferred, not mandatory).
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in digital marketing or advertising.
- Strong understanding of performance marketing services (Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, PPC, etc.).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to understand client pain points and offer effective marketing solutions.
- Target-oriented mindset with the ability to work under pressure.
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
