We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Outdoor Sales Representative to join our team. As a Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth by identifying and acquiring new clients, as well as maintaining strong relationships with existing ones.
Responsibilities:
1. Prospecting and Lead Generation:
- Identify and reach out to potential clients through various channels.
- Generate leads and maintain a robust sales pipeline.
2. Client Engagement:
- Conduct presentations and demonstrations to showcase our Pest Control and Cleaning services.
- Understand Clients’ needs and tailor solutions to meet their specific requirements.
3. Sales Negotiation:
- Collaborate with clients to create customized service packages.
- Negotiate pricing and contractual terms to secure profitable agreements.
4. Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
- Address client concerns promptly and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
5. Market Research:
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions.
- Provide feedback to the marketing team for refining sales strategies.
6. Sales Reporting:
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and results.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the pest control or cleaning services industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
