Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive (Private Charter/Aviation), located in Manama. The Sales Executive will be responsible for generating leads, managing client relationships, conducting market research, and closing sales for private charter services. Daily tasks include identifying potential clients, preparing sales presentations, negotiating contracts, and providing exceptional customer service. The Sales Executive will collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

Experience in sales and client relationship management

Strong negotiation and contract management skills

Knowledge of the aviation industry and private charter services

Excellent communication and presentation skills

Proficiency in conducting market research and lead generation

Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment

Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Aviation Management, or related field
