Sales Executive – Qetaifan Projects

Qetaifan Projects develops large-scale waterfront real estate and smart city infrastructure projects in Qatar.

A Sales Executive in Qetaifan Projects (mainly hospitality/resort side) focuses on driving revenue by selling hotel services, events, and packages.

Core responsibilities:

1. Sales & revenue generation

Promote and sell:

Hotel rooms

Event packages

Group bookings (corporate, schools, travel agencies)

Achieve monthly and annual sales targets

Develop and execute sales strategies

2. Client relationship management

Identify and approach new clients

Build long-term relationships with:

Corporate clients

Travel agencies

Event organizers

Act as the main contact for client concerns

3. Sales operations

Handle inquiries, quotations, and negotiations

Follow up leads and close deals

Ensure smooth booking experience for clients

4. Reporting & analysis

Prepare:

Weekly/monthly sales reports

Analyze:

Market trends

Competitor activity

Suggest improvements to increase revenue

5. Marketing & promotion

Work with marketing teams on campaigns

Represent the company at:

Trade shows

Networking events

Promote brand visibility in the market

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in:

Business / Marketing / Hospitality

Experience:

2–3+ years in sales (preferably hospitality/tourism)

Skills:

Communication & negotiation

CRM systems and MS Office

Sales presentation skills

English required (Arabic/Russian is a plus)

Pay: From QAR6,000.00 per month
