Sales Executive - Ready Mix Experience

Qualifications

• Education:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
• Diploma or certifications in sales or customer service are advantageous.
• Experience:
• 4-5 years in Dubai sales coordination, customer service, or a similar role, preferably in the ready-mix or construction industry.
• Skills:
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with ERP/CRM systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP).
• Organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
• Training:
• Training in sales operations, customer relationship management, or order management systems.
• Knowledge of ready-mix industry standards and processes.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Order Management:
• Receive and process customer orders for ready-mix concrete.
• Coordinate with production, dispatch, and logistics teams to ensure timely deliveries.
• Customer Relationship Management:
• Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and complaints.
• Ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem resolution.
• Sales Support:
• Assist the sales team in preparing quotations, proposals, and contracts.
• Track and follow up on leads and opportunities in the sales pipeline.
• Reporting and Documentation:
• Maintain accurate records of sales orders, customer interactions, and delivery schedules.
• Prepare regular reports on sales performance, customer feedback, and market trends.
• Coordination:
• Liaise with the operations team to monitor inventory and production schedules.
• Collaborate with finance to ensure timely invoicing and payment follow-ups.
• Compliance and Standards:
• Ensure adherence to company policies, safety standards, and customer requirements.
• Stay updated on industry regulations and standards.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED9,000.00 per month
