Job Description — Sales Executive (Majestic Sky Bungalow)

Position: Sales Executive
Location: Nagpur

About the Project

Majestic Sky Bungalow is a premium residential project designed for modern luxury living — a gated community that blends privacy, elegance and comfort. We are looking for a dynamic Sales Executive who can represent the project with confidence and build long-term relationships with potential buyers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate leads and convert them into site visits & bookings
  • Communicate project features, pricing, offers and USPs to clients effectively
  • Identify the requirements of prospects and match them with the project offerings
  • Manage follow-ups via calls, WhatsApp and emails
  • Coordinate and conduct site visits with clients
  • Maintain CRM records and sales reports
  • Collaborate with the marketing team on customer insights and campaign performance
  • Work towards monthly and quarterly sales targets

Requirements

  • 1–3 years experience in Real Estate Sales preferred (freshers with strong communication skills can apply)
  • Excellent communication & negotiation skills
  • Strong convincing abilities and customer-first approach
  • Comfortable with field visits and flexible work hours based on client availability
  • Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office

₹18,000 – ₹30,000 per month
