Sales Executive Real Estate

We are looking for a dynamic and confident Female Real Estate Sales Executive for our Andheri West office. The candidate should have minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in real estate sales and the ability to handle clients professionally from enquiry to closure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle property sales.
• Follow up on leads generated via calls, walk-ins, and digital platforms.
• Understand client requirements and suggest suitable properties.
• Arrange and coordinate site visits.
• Maintain proper client records and follow-up status.
• Negotiate and close deals to achieve monthly targets.
• Build long-term relationships with clients and developers.
• Coordinate with internal team for documentation and closures.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year experience in real estate sales (mandatory).
• Strong communication & negotiation skills.
• Confident personality with client-handling ability.
• Knowledge of Andheri West property market is a plus.
• Comfortable with calling, follow-ups & site visits.
• Basic knowledge of CRM / WhatsApp / Excel preferred.
