Enechawet Games Qatar is seeking a motivated Sales Executive — Real Estate to join our team. This role is essential for driving sales and fostering relationships within the real estate market.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in the real estate sector.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences.
- Present property listings to prospective buyers and provide detailed information on financing and market conditions.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales, ensuring a smooth and satisfactory experience for clients.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and strategies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field.
- Proven experience in real estate sales or a similar sales-oriented role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent negotiation and closing abilities.
- Knowledge of local real estate market trends and regulations.
Salary:
- Competitive hourly rate ranging from 60 to 120 QAR, based on experience and qualifications.
