Position: Sales Executive
Experience: 3–7 Years (Core Sales in any industry)
Salary: ₹40,000 – ₹65,000 (Hike on current salary) + Incentives
Location: Kasindra, Ahmedabad – 382210
Job Summary
We are hiring a confident and customer-focused Sales Executive to manage inquiries, conduct property site visits, explain project details, and convert leads into successful bookings. The candidate should be result-oriented with strong communication and negotiation skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle real-estate inquiries via calls, walk-ins, online leads, and site visits
- Explain project features, locations, amenities, pricing, and payment plans
- Coordinate and conduct site visits with prospective clients
- Regular follow-ups to convert leads into bookings
- Negotiate and close property deals
- Coordinate with CRM, legal & documentation teams for booking formalities
- Maintain sales follow-up data, MIS reports, and client records
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets
- Provide after-sales support till agreement registration & handover

- Strong communication & negotiation skills
- Experience in Sales / Business Development preferred
- Presentable, confident & customer-oriented
- Ability to handle clients professionally and close deals
- Basic computer knowledge (Excel, CRM, email, WhatsApp)
- Self-motivated and target-driven
