Sales Executive – Real Estate | Coimbatore

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and manage leads through calls, walk-ins, and site visits
• Understand customer requirements and present suitable property options
• Conduct property site visits and product demos
• Follow up with prospects and convert leads into sales
• Maintain CRM records and sales reports
• Achieve monthly sales targets

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 1 – 10 years of experience in Sales (Real Estate preferred, but not mandatory)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Good negotiation and closing ability
• Self-motivated and target-oriented
• Two-wheeler and license preferred (with allowance)
