Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and confident Sales Executive who can sell our RPO services, clearly explain our recruitment programs, and act as a Career Advisor to candidates and clients. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, a consultative sales approach, and an interest in recruitment and career development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Promote and sell our Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) services
  • Explain our recruitment programs clearly to candidates and clients
  • Act as a Career Advisor, guiding candidates on career paths, job opportunities, and program benefits
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, clients, and partners
  • Understand client hiring needs and recommend suitable recruitment solutions
  • Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into enrollments or contracts
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and candidate interactions
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales targets

Requirements

  • Strong spoken and written English (mandatory)
  • Experience in sales, recruitment, HR, education counseling, or career advising is a plus
  • Ability to confidently explain programs, services, and value propositions
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Target-driven mindset with a consultative sales approach
  • Basic knowledge of recruitment processes or willingness to learn
  • Self-motivated and professional attitude
