Position: Sales Executive – Renovation & Maintenance
Location: Dubai, UAE
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities:

• Identify and approach potential clients (individuals, developers, facility management companies, etc.)
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.
• Generate new business opportunities in renovation, fit-out, and maintenance projects.
• Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and contracts.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Collaborate with the operations team to ensure client satisfaction and project success.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in sales within renovation, fit-out, or maintenance services in the UAE.
• Strong connections and network in the construction/interiors field.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Valid UAE driving license (preferred).
• Self-motivated, result-oriented, and well-presented.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
