Sales ExecutiveJob typePermanent RoleJob summary/overviewThe Sales Executive is responsible for driving business growth in locks and RFID card solutions through proactive lead generation, client prospecting, and account management. The role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with both new and existing clients, ensuring consistent follow-up, upselling opportunities, and repeat business. Success in this role requires meeting defined sales targets, delivering exceptional customer service, and continuously developing selling skills to progress into senior sales positions.Responsibilities

  • Identify and contact prospective clients to generate sales for hotel locks and RFID card solutions.
  • Re-engage inactive or dormant accounts to create upselling opportunities for locks, key cards, and related products.
  • Maintain a structured follow-up process to move prospects through the sales pipeline and convert them into loyal customers.
  • Ensure professional and timely client communication, including proposals, quotations, and after-sales follow-ups.
  • Continuously upgrade product knowledge and selling skills for higher-level sales performance and career advancement.

Experience Minimum 3 years’ experience in sales , preferably in hospitality, security systems, or related industries.QualificationsMinimum High School graduate; Diploma or Bachelor’s degree preferred.Expectations

Achieve a minimum monthly sales invoice target of AED 200,000, with AED 100,000 from new business acquisitions.
