Sales Executive – Required languages: Italian and Arabic

Apm Polimeni Real Estate LLC, a leading company in Italy specialized in international real estate, is seeking a Real Estate Broker with proven experience in the sector for an ongoing collaboration.

Candidate Profile

Mandatory fluency in Italian and Arabic
VAT number (or equivalent) required to receive commissions
Proven experience in the real estate sector
Strong commercial attitude and ability to manage clients independently

Key Responsibilities

Management and handling of inbound leads from international markets
Support as a tutor in real estate sales activities
Development of your own property portfolio with assets located in Italy, UAE (Ras Al Khaimah, Dubai, Abu Dhabi), Egypt, and Georgia
Expansion of the real estate offering in response to demand from the markets in which the company operates
Collaboration with the team on commercial strategies and property positioning

Compensation

10% commission on generated revenue
