Sales Executive (Retail)

Job Description:
The Retail Sales Executive is responsible for assisting customers, promoting products, and driving sales in the retail store. The role focuses on delivering excellent customer service, maintaining product displays, and achieving daily and monthly sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in the store
• Understand customer needs and recommend products
• Achieve individual and store sales targets
• Handle billing, payments, and basic POS operations
• Maintain store cleanliness and product displays
• Manage stock levels and report shortages
