Job Title: Sales Executive – Retail Clothing & Apparel

Job Summary:

The Sales Executive is responsible for managing the retail shop operations on a daily basis, ensuring excellent customer service, achieving sales targets, and maintaining a clean, organized, and well-presented store. The role requires handling all aspects of shop operations, including sales, cash handling, POS operation, stock monitoring, cleaning, and garment care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily retail shop operations independently
• Welcome customers and provide professional customer service
• Perform all sales activities, including product promotion and upselling
• Operate the POS system, including billing, refunds, and daily sales reports
• Handle cash transactions, count cash accurately, and balance daily cash
• Deal professionally with ATM/card payment machines
• Monitor, control, and update stock inventory regularly
• Receive new stock and ensure proper checking and storage
• Fold, iron, and arrange clothing items to maintain store presentation
• Arrange merchandise displays according to company standards
• Maintain full cleanliness of the shop, including floors, shelves, fitting rooms, and displays
• Prevent stock loss and report any discrepancies immediately
• Follow company policies, procedures, and retail guidelines
• Perform any additional duties assigned by management

Working Hours:

• Saturday to Friday : 10:00 AM – 10:00 PM .

Friday: 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM

Ramadan Time:

Week days from 10:00 AM - 3:00 PM

then from 7:00 PM -12:00 AM

Friday: from 1:00 PM - 12:00 AM

• No day off

Job Requirements & Qualifications:

• Previous experience in retail clothing and apparel sales is preferred
• Strong knowledge of cash handling and cash counting
• Experience dealing with ATM/card payment systems
• POS system knowledge is mandatory
• English speaking: Required
• Arabic language: Advanced level
• Ability to work long hours and manage the shop independently
• Physically fit to perform cleaning, ironing, folding, and stock handling
• Honest, reliable, well-organized, and customer-oriented

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: QAR4,500.00 - QAR5,000.00 per month
