Job Description: Sales Executive – Retail Field Specialist

Department: Sales Reporting to: Sales Manager

Location: Dubai Job type: Full time

Job Purpose

To actively represent Emirates Bio Farm in the main retail stores across the UAE, ensuring optimal product visibility, gathering in-store data, strengthening relationships with retail staff, and improving operational execution and brand presence at branch level.

Key Responsibilities

1. Retail Branch Visits & Field Monitoring:

Conduct regular visits to key branches of the most important retailers across the UAE.

Monitor product placement, shelf space, visibility, pricing, competitor presence, and stock levels.

Identify gaps in product availability and ensure they are communicated to logistics and sales planning teams.

2. Communication with Merchandisers:

Engage with EBF merchandisers to gather qualitative insights on store performance, customer feedback, and product movement.

Provide support and motivation to merchandisers, ensuring they maintain standards in display, labeling, and rotation.

Hold merchandisers accountable for tasks, pushing for better execution and efficiency at store level.

3. Relationship Building:

Develop strong working relationships with retail staff: including Supervisors, Section Managers, and Branch Managers.

Act as the key point of contact to resolve operational issues and create a positive perception of EBF in stores.

Coordinate with store teams to secure better placement and visibility during campaigns, promotions, and new launches.

4. Data Collection & Reporting:

Collect in-store data regarding out-of-stock items, fast- and slow-moving SKUs, product damages, and competitor activities.

Generate structured weekly reports for the Commercial Manager with findings and suggested actions.

Identify trends per branch and support decision-making with field intelligence.

5. Sales Support & Brand Representation:

Ensure all EBF products are properly branded, labeled, and aligned with brand identity.

Support the roll-out of marketing initiatives and retail activations on the ground.

Act as a brand ambassador, reinforcing EBF’s values of sustainability, freshness, and local production.

6. Market Expansion & New Opportunities:

Identify high-potential branches and locations of key retailers not currently supplied by EBF.

Assess new opportunities based on footfall, demographic fit, competitor presence, and logistics feasibility.

7. Financial Support:

Assist the finance team by collecting customer cheques

Ensure timely cheque collection to support financial operations.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Agriculture, or related field.

Minimum 2-3 years of experience in retail field sales, merchandising, or account management.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Fluent in English; Arabic is a strong advantage.

Valid UAE driving license and flexibility to travel daily within UAE.

Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently.

Preferred Skills:

Experience in fresh produce or FMCG industries.

Proficiency in reporting and use of Excel or mobile data collection tools.

Knowledge of UAE retail dynamics and store operations.

High energy, proactive mindset, and ability to build rapport quickly.
