Sales Executive (Russian or Arabic Speaker)

The Visa Services is the leading visa agency in the UAE for 2025, recognized by the World Travel Awards. We help clients travel without borders — Schengen, the USA, Japan, China, and many other destinations.

Due to company growth, we are expanding our commercial team and are looking for a Sales Specialist to join us.

Responsibilities

* Build and develop client relationships by maintaining communication with interested clients and creating long-term partnerships.

* Conduct negotiations and close deals, agreeing on terms, finalizing arrangements, and consistently achieving targets.

* Achieve sales goals by working with KPIs and continuously improving results.

* Deliver a high level of customer service by responding quickly and professionally to inquiries, increasing client loyalty and retention.

Requirements

* Confident command of Russian and English.

* Experience in sales or customer service.

* Strong negotiation and deal-closing skills.

* Proactive, responsible, and results-oriented mindset.

* Experience in visa services or the travel industry is an advantage but not required.

What We Offer

* Full employment in the UAE (employment visa + medical insurance).

* Base salary AED 6,000 + KPI-based commission with realistic total earnings of up to AED 20,000.
