We are hiring a Russian-speaking Sales Executive to join a fast-growing company specializing in global mobility and business solutions.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Actively source new clients via LinkedIn, networking, and cold calling
• Make a minimum of 60 outbound calls per day
• Conduct negotiations and successfully close deals
• Achieve sales targets and KPIs
• Provide excellent customer service and client support
• Occasional business trips (rare)

Requirements

• Fluent in Russian and English
• Minimum 2 years of sales experience in Dubai
• Proven track record in sales
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Results-driven, proactive, and professional attitude
