Job Title: Sales Executive / Sales Engineer – Vessel Fabrication

Department: Sales & Marketing

Location: Thane

Reporting To: Director

Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and technically aware Sales Executive to identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities for our pressure vessel fabrication services. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building client relationships, and achieving sales targets in the industrial and engineering sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and approach potential clients in industries such as oil & gas, chemical, petrochemical, pharmaceutical, and process plants.
  • Generate new business leads and convert them into sales opportunities for pressure vessel fabrication, heat exchangers, and related products.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with EPC contractors, consultants, and end users.
  • Prepare and submit quotations, proposals, and tender documents in coordination with the technical team.
  • Negotiate terms, close orders, and ensure smooth communication between client and fabrication team.
  • Conduct regular follow-ups with prospective clients to understand project requirements and timelines.
  • Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to business growth.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, enquiries, and client communications.
  • Provide market feedback, competitor analysis, and potential customer insights to management.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical / Production / Industrial Engineering or related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in industrial product or fabrication sales (preferably pressure vessels, tanks, or process equipment).
  • Strong technical understanding of fabrication drawings, materials (SA 516 Gr. 70, SS304L, etc.), and manufacturing processes.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Self-motivated with ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Willingness to travel for client visits and business development activities.
