About Us

Shree STEM Academy is dedicated to empowering students with future-ready skills through hands-on STEM and Robotics education. We set up fully equipped robotics labs in schools and provide end-to-end solutions including curriculum, kits, trainers, books, and continuous support. We are expanding our outreach and seeking a dynamic Sales & Marketing Executive to help us collaborate with more schools.

Job Responsibilities :Sales & Business Development

  • Identify and approach schools to introduce Shree STEM Academy’s Robotics Lab programs.
  • Schedule and conduct product presentations, demos, and workshops for school management, teachers, and students.
  • Promote robotics curriculum, lab setup solutions, kits, training services, and books.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with school administrators, decision-makers, and stakeholders.
  • Follow up with prospects, negotiate terms, and close deals.

Marketing & Outreach

  • Plan and execute marketing strategies to increase brand awareness among schools.
  • Participate in educational events, exhibitions, and fairs to showcase our robotics solutions.
  • Assist in creating promotional materials such as brochures, presentations, and social media content.
  • Conduct competitor analysis and market research to identify new opportunities.

Coordination & Reporting

  • Coordinate with internal teams for demo kits, curriculum details, and setup planning.
  • Maintain records of leads, meetings, and follow-ups in CRM or reporting tools.
  • Provide regular reports on sales progress and market feedback.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Education, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in sales, field marketing, or business development (education sector preferred).
  • Strong presentation and communication skills.
  • Ability to explain technical concepts (basic robotics/STEM knowledge is a plus but not mandatory; training will be provided).
  • Pleasant personality with strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
  • Willingness to travel and visit schools regularly.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
