Sales Executive / Salesman – Fruits & Vegetables Trading

Job Summary

Everly Premium General Trading LLC is seeking an experienced and result-oriented Sales Executive / Salesman for the fresh fruits and vegetables sector in Dubai. The candidate must have strong experience in wholesale fruits & vegetables trading within the UAE market and should be capable of handling sales, customer development, collections, and market operations independently.

This role is strictly for candidates with proven fruits & vegetables trading experience. Applicants without relevant industry experience will not be considered.

Mandatory Requirements (Deal Breakers)

• Minimum 3–5 years of UAE experience in fresh fruits & vegetables trading.
• Existing market knowledge of:
• UAE wholesale markets
• Hypermarkets
• Supermarkets
• Restaurants
• Hotels
• Catering companies
• Grocery chains
• Strong network of buyers and customers in Dubai and other Emirates.
• Valid UAE Driving License (mandatory).
• Ability to independently generate sales and secure orders.
• Experience in handling:
• Daily market sales
• Pricing negotiations
• Customer collections
• Inventory movement coordination
• Wholesale and retail customer dealings
• Fluent communication in English and Urdu/Hindi. Arabic is an advantage.
• Candidates without fruits & vegetables trading experience will be automatically rejected.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with wholesale and retail customers.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and business growth objectives.
• Visit markets, supermarkets, restaurants, and potential buyers daily.
• Coordinate with procurement and warehouse teams regarding stock movement and availability.
• Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and supply agreements with customers.
• Monitor market trends, competitor pricing, and seasonal demand.
• Ensure timely collections and maintain customer payment discipline.
• Prepare daily sales reports and customer feedback reports.
• Handle customer complaints and maintain service quality standards.
• Expand Everly’s customer base across UAE markets.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Aggressive and target-driven personality.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure in fast-paced market conditions.
• Good understanding of imported fruits & vegetables quality standards.
• Experience dealing in Al Aweer Market or UAE fresh produce markets is highly preferred.
