Sales Executive - Saudi nationals only

Location: Saudi Arabia (Dammam / Al Khobar)

We are seeking a professional and motivated Sales Executive to join our team in Dammam / Al Khobar. The ideal candidate should have strong communication and client relationship management skills, with the ability to engage customers effectively and represent the company in a professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-person visits to clients and customers to introduce company products and services
• Generate, manage and follow up on leads effectively
• Build and maintain strong professional relationships with clients
• Conduct client meetings and provide accurate information regarding products and services
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth customer support and service delivery
• Maintain updated customer records and follow-up reports
• Represent the company professionally during all customer interactions

Requirements:

• Valid driving license is mandatory
• Fluent in both English and Arabic (spoken and written)
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation and presentation skills
• Comfortable with field visits and direct customer interaction
• Well-organized, self-motivated and professional in conduct
• Ability to understand and explain technical solutions to clients
• Basic understanding of enterprise systems and technical solutions

Technical Knowledge Required:

• Basic knowledge of ERP systems (SAP knowledge will be an added advantage)
• Familiarity with business software solutions and enterprise IT systems is preferred
• Ability to quickly learn and explain technical products and solutions to clients

Education:

• Bachelor degree in information, technology or business
• Fresh graduates are preferred

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in sales, customer relations, or business development is an advantage
• Strong follow-up and relationship management skills
• Ability to work independently and manage client interactions efficiently
