Black & Grey HR is hiring for a well-established international plastic trading company. Our client is looking for a dynamic Sales Executive - Scrap Plastic Material to support business development and sales activities within Vietnam and export markets.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and expand sales of scrap plastic materials to recyclers and manufacturers in Vietnam.
- Handle inbound and outbound sales inquiries related to scrap plastic sourcing and supply.
- Build long-term relationships with local buyers, recycling plants, and international clients.
- Monitor market trends, pricing movements, and regulatory developments in Vietnam.
- Coordinate with suppliers, inspection agencies, and logistics partners for timely deliveries.
- Support export sales processes, including documentation and shipment coordination.
- Maintain sales reports, client data, and market intelligence for management review.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in scrap plastic trading, recycling, or bulk commodity sales.
- Strong understanding of plastic scrap grades, quality standards, and recycling processes.
- Familiarity with local market dynamics and export logistics.
- Proficient in English with strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Highly organized, proactive, and driven to achieve sales targets.
