Sales Executive – Plastic, Paper, and Disposable Products

Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive with proven experience in the plastic, paper, and disposable products industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of building client relationships, driving sales growth, and understanding the unique dynamics of FMCG and wholesale/distribution in this sector.

Key Responsibilities

· Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities in the plastic, paper, and disposable packaging product categories.

· Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, distributors, and retail/wholesale partners.

· Conduct market research to identify customer needs, industry trends, and competitor activities.

· Prepare and deliver sales presentations, quotations, and proposals.

· Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with customers.

· Achieve sales targets and contribute to the company’s overall growth strategy.

· Provide feedback to management on product demand, customer preferences, and market conditions.

Candidate Requirements

· Minimum 3–5 years of sales experience in plastic, paper, disposable, or packaging products.

· Strong network of clients within the FMCG, retail, or foodservice industry is highly desirable.

· Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.

· Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.

· Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently.

· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.

· Fluency in English (Arabic, Malayalam, and Hindi are an advantage).
