We are hiring sales professionals for multiple levels. The final designation (Sales Executive or Senior Sales Executive) will be decided based on the candidate’s experience, skills, and interview performance.
This role involves B2B software sales, client engagement, product demonstrations, and deal closures.
Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Business Development
- Sell ERP and Sales & Distribution (S&D) software solutions
- Generate new business through calls, meetings, referrals, and field visits
- Conduct client meetings, software demos, and presentations
- Understand client business processes and propose suitable solutions
- Achieve assigned sales targets on a monthly basis
Client Management
- Follow up on proposals, quotations, and negotiations
- Assist in or lead deal closures (depending on experience level)
- Coordinate with implementation and support teams for smooth project handover
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships
Reporting & Coordination
- Maintain accurate records of leads and follow-ups
- Prepare daily and weekly sales reports
- Use CRM or internal sales tracking systems effectively
Experience & EligibilitySales Executive
- Fresh to 2 years of experience in B2B sales
- ERP or software sales exposure is a plus
- Strong communication skills and willingness to learn
Senior Sales Executive
- 3–6 years of experience in ERP, software, or solution-based B2B sales
- Proven client handling and deal-closing experience
- Experience with FMCG, Distribution, Manufacturing, or Trading clients preferred
