Job Title: Sales Executive - Shipping / Logistics

Experience Required: 2-4 Years in Shipping / Freight Forwarding / Logistics

Role Objective
Responsible for developing new business, maintaining client relationships, and achieving revenue targets for shipping and logistics services in the UAE market, with focus on ocean freight, import/export, NVOCC, and related services.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, develop, and acquire new customers across UAE and GCC markets.
- Promote company services including Ocean Freight (FCL/LCL), NVOCC, Freight Forwarding, Customs Clearance, and Warehousing.
- Generate leads, prepare proposals/quotes, and close business deals to achieve monthly sales targets.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure retention and repeat business.
- Conduct market research to identify business opportunities and competitor activities.
- Coordinate with operations, pricing, and customer service teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Prepare sales reports, pipeline updates, and revenue forecasts.
- Attend client meetings, industry events, and networking opportunities to enhance business visibility.
Required Skills & Experience
- 2-4 years of proven sales experience in Shipping / Logistics / Freight Forwarding industry (UAE experience preferred).
- Strong knowledge of ocean freight, shipping documentation, Incoterms, trade lanes, and logistics processes.
- Good client network in UAE market is an added advantage.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet revenue targets.
- Valid UAE Driving License preferred.
Qualification
- Bachelors Degree in Business / Logistics / Supply Chain or related field.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM tools.
