We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Executive to join our showroom team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong product understanding, and the ability to guide customers through product selection while ensuring a high-quality showroom experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers visiting the showroom with a warm, professional approach.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products/solutions.
- Present and explain product features, specifications, pricing, and benefits.
- Maintain strong product knowledge of all items displayed in the showroom.
- Prepare quotations, share price details, and follow up with customers for closures.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall showroom performance.
- Coordinate with the operations and installation teams for order processing and delivery.
- Maintain showroom cleanliness, product display, and stock levels.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
- Update sales records, CRM entries, and maintain proper documentation.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in showroom or retail sales (home interiors, kitchen & wardrobe, appliances, tiles, or furniture industry preferred).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Good understanding of customer needs and ability to explain product details clearly.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM software).
- Positive attitude, presentable personality, and strong customer service orientation.
Preferred Attributes
- Experience in modular kitchens, wardrobes, or interior products sales.
- Ability to handle clients independently and close deals.
- Fluency in English and Hindi.

Competitive and based on experience + incentives on sales.
