We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Executive to join our showroom team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong product understanding, and the ability to guide customers through product selection while ensuring a high-quality showroom experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist customers visiting the showroom with a warm, professional approach.
  • Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products/solutions.
  • Present and explain product features, specifications, pricing, and benefits.
  • Maintain strong product knowledge of all items displayed in the showroom.
  • Prepare quotations, share price details, and follow up with customers for closures.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall showroom performance.
  • Coordinate with the operations and installation teams for order processing and delivery.
  • Maintain showroom cleanliness, product display, and stock levels.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
  • Update sales records, CRM entries, and maintain proper documentation.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum 1–3 years of experience in showroom or retail sales (home interiors, kitchen & wardrobe, appliances, tiles, or furniture industry preferred).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
  • Good understanding of customer needs and ability to explain product details clearly.
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM software).
  • Positive attitude, presentable personality, and strong customer service orientation.

Preferred Attributes

  • Experience in modular kitchens, wardrobes, or interior products sales.
  • Ability to handle clients independently and close deals.
  • Fluency in English and Hindi.

Salary

Competitive and based on experience + incentives on sales.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
