Sales Executive (Showroom)

About the Company:
We are a fast-growing furniture and home decor company offering high-quality products and personalized service. We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Sales Specialist to join our showroom team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and assist customers in the showroom, providing professional product guidance.
• Understand customer needs and offer tailored furniture and décor solutions.
• Process and manage online orders, ensuring accurate entry and timely follow-up.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure the showroom is presentable at all times.
• Prepare quotations, invoices, and sales documentation.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall showroom performance.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive repeat business.
• Collaborate with the logistics team to coordinate deliveries and after-sales support.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in furniture, home décor, retail, or related sales fields (mandatory).
• Fluent English (required).
• Knowledge of Russian is an advantage.
• Strong communication and customer-service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Confidence in using POS systems, CRM tools, and online order-processing platforms.
