The Sales Executive is responsible for achieving showroom sales targets by understanding customer needs, showcasing vehicles, and ensuring an excellent customer experience. The role involves handling inquiries, explaining product features, and completing sales documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome customers and understand their two-wheeler requirements.
- Explain vehicle models, features, price, offers, finance options, and accessories.
- Conduct test rides for interested customers.
- Follow up with walk-in customers, leads, and inquiries.
- Meet monthly sales targets set by management.
- Coordinate with finance & insurance teams for loan processing.
- Handle vehicle delivery process and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Provide post-delivery support and ensure timely feedback.
- Participate in sales campaigns, promotional activities, and showroom events.
- Maintain showroom display standards and proper model presentation.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Any degree / diploma (Freshers or experienced).
- Good communication and customer handling skills.
- Basic knowledge of two-wheeler models and features.
- Ability to achieve sales targets.
- Confidence, negotiation skills, and positive attitude.
