Sales Executive (Social Media Leads & Organic Hunting)

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive who can efficiently handle leads generated through social media marketing and actively perform organic lead hunting. The ideal candidate will be responsible for converting inquiries into sales while building long-term relationships with potential clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle and follow up on leads generated through social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, etc.)
• Convert inbound social media inquiries into successful sales
• Perform organic lead hunting through social media, groups, pages, comments, and direct outreach
• Maintain timely communication with prospects via calls, messages, and emails
• Understand customer needs and present suitable products/services accordingly
• Maintain and update lead data, follow-ups, and sales records
• Achieve assigned monthly sales targets and KPIs
• Coordinate with marketing and social media teams for better lead quality and conversion
• Provide regular sales reports and feedback to management

Job Requirements:

• Proven experience in sales, preferably handling social media leads
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to convert leads into sales through effective follow-ups
• Experience in organic lead generation and hunting
• Target-oriented mindset with a strong sales drive
• Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

Preferred Skills (Plus Point):

• Experience in education, training, or service-based sales
• Familiarity with WhatsApp Business, Meta Business Suite, and lead forms
• Experience in cold messaging and relationship-building sales
