Sales Executive – Social Media Marketing Services (Female, Onsite)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a confident and experienced Female Sales Executive to sell our Social Media Marketing (SMM) services. The ideal candidate should have hands-on sales experience, strong communication skills and the ability to generate leads independently. This position requires onsite availability during evening to night hours.

Key Responsibilities:

• Actively generate leads through own research, networking and outreach
• Promote and sell the company’s social media marketing services
• Conduct sales calls, meetings and follow-ups to close deals
• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable marketing packages
• Maintain daily sales reports and achieve assigned targets
• Build long-term client relationships and ensure repeat business
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth client onboarding

Requirements:

• Female candidate only
• Proven experience in sales preferably in digital marketing or SMM services
• Must be able to self-generate leads
• Excellent communication and persuasive skills
• Confident, proactive and target-oriented
• Ability to work onsite during evening & night shift
• Basic understanding of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.)
• Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
