Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Sales Executive to promote and sell our software products and APIs to clients across various industries. The ideal candidate should have strong technical understanding of software solutions, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, approach, and acquire new clients for software products and API integrations.
- Present and demonstrate software and API functionalities to potential clients.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable technical solutions.
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
- Work closely with the technical and product teams to ensure accurate and timely delivery of client requirements.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and sales agreements.
- Negotiate terms and close sales deals to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Stay updated with product knowledge, industry trends, and competitors’ offerings.
- Generate and maintain sales reports, pipeline updates, and forecasts.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, Computer Science, or related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in software sales / IT product sales / API solutions sales.
- Strong understanding of APIs, SaaS, and software integration concepts.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Strong client management and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
Preferred Attributes:
- Experience selling to B2B clients, startups, or tech companies.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce).
- Basic understanding of API documentation and integration workflows.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams (technical, marketing, and operations).
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
