We are looking for a smart, confident, and target-driven Sales Executive who is fluent in English and has strong system-based knowledge. The candidate must be capable of understanding business workflows and presenting software solutions professionally to clients.
This role requires both sales ability and technical understanding of ERP/POS systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and approach potential business clients
- Conduct client meetings (field & online demos)
- Present software modules professionally
- Understand client requirements and propose suitable solutions
- Handle objections and negotiate pricing
- Follow up consistently until deal closure
- Maintain CRM records and sales pipeline
- Coordinate with technical team for implementation
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Required Skills & QualificationsCommunication
- Fluent in English (Mandatory)
- Strong presentation skills
- Confident and professional personality
System-Based Knowledge (Very Important)
- Understanding of ERP systems
- Knowledge of POS systems
- Basic knowledge of CRM / SaaS platforms
- Understanding of modules like:
- Inventory
- Accounting
- Work Orders
- AMC
- HR / Payroll
- Reporting & Analytics
- Basic understanding of cloud vs on-premise deployment
Technical Comfort
- Good knowledge of MS Excel
- Comfortable using CRM tools
- Ability to learn software quickly
- experience in B2B software sales
- Qatar market knowledge preferred
- Valid Qatar driving license is an advantage
