Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic Sales Executive to drive student admissions through direct marketing, institutional visits, and lead generation activities. The candidate will represent UEI Global at schools, colleges, consultants, career counsellors, and education fairs to generate enquiries and convert them into admissions.
The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a result-oriented mindset, and experience in education sales.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Outreach
- Identify and generate new leads through various channels, including Local Marketing Activities, events, and referrals
- Develop and execute weekly and monthly plans for school and college visits
- Represent UEI Global at customer acquisition points such as schools, colleges, consultants, and education fairs
- Build and maintain strong relationships with school/college authorities and education partners
- Execute marketing and promotional strategies to generate enquiries
- Suggest innovative lead generation ideas and increase walk-ins to the institute
- Ensure institute signage and promotional materials are properly displayed
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market demands.
- Provide feedback to the marketing team to refine promotional strategies.
Reporting & Reviews
- Maintain accurate MIS and reporting systems
- Prepare daily/weekly status reports and sales updates
- Track target vs achievement performance
- Participate actively in review meetings and strategy discussions
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree (Preferred)
- Experience in Education Sales (Preferred)
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in lead generation/business development

- Strong convincing and negotiation ability
- Target-oriented and self-motivated approach
- Good networking and relationship-building skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and reporting tools
