Best Choice Ceramics (BCC) , a leading importer, exporter, and dealer of high-quality ceramic and porcelain tiles and sanitary ware in the Sultanate of Oman, is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Sales Executive to join our team.

Key Responsibilities


  • Client Consultation & Sales Conversion: Greet and engage showroom visitors, understand their project needs (e.g., villas, renovations, commercial spaces), and provide expert advice on the selection of ceramic, porcelain, and sanitary ware products.
  • Design & Technical Guidance: Assist clients with design concepts, color coordination, and technical specifications (e.g., PEI rating, slip resistance, installation requirements) to ensure they choose the most appropriate and aesthetically pleasing solutions.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Product Expertise: Maintain in-depth knowledge of BCC's full range of ceramic, porcelain, and sanitary ware products, including technical specifications, pricing, and current stock availability.
  • Market Analysis: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify potential sales leads and product gaps.
  • Quotation and Negotiation: Prepare and present professional quotations, negotiate contract terms, and close sales deals to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status using the company's CRM system, and provide regular sales reports to management.
Required Qualifications & Skills
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of proven sales experience , preferably within the building materials, ceramics, construction, or related industry in the GCC region.
  • Language Proficiency: Fluent in both English and Arabic (written and spoken) is mandatory to effectively communicate with our diverse client base and internal teams.
  • Product Knowledge: Prior experience selling ceramic/porcelain tiles or sanitary ware is a significant advantage.
  • Communication: Exceptional presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-Motivation: Highly driven, results-oriented, and able to work independently to achieve challenging sales goals.
  • Local Knowledge: Familiarity with the Oman construction market and client base is a plus.
