Sales Executive – Tower Cranes & Passenger Hoists

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and motivated sales executive to join our trading division. The candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling tower cranes, passenger hoists, construction hoists, and related construction materials and equipment to contractors, developers, and construction companies across the UAE.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with contractors, project managers, and construction companies.
• Promote and sell tower cranes, passenger hoists, construction hoists, and related products.
• Identify new business opportunities and generate sales leads.
• Prepare quotations, negotiate contracts, and close sales deals.
• Follow up on inquiries, payments, and delivery coordination.
• Conduct site visits and client meetings regularly.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Coordinate with technical and operations teams for smooth project execution.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities.

Requirements

• Minimum 2–5 years of sales experience in construction equipment, tower cranes, hoists, or construction materials.
• Strong knowledge of the UAE construction market.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Valid UAE driving license preferred.
• Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business, Marketing, or related field is an advantage.
