Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities for GPS tracking devices and fleet management solutions
- Conduct cold calling, field visits, and client meetings to generate leads
- Present and demonstrate tracking solutions to corporate clients (fleets, logistics, transport, etc.)
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers for repeat business
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and follow up on sales inquiries
- Coordinate with technical/support teams for installation and after-sales support
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities
Requirements / Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (Business, Marketing, IT preferred)
- 1–3 years of sales experience (preferably in GPS tracking, telecom, or B2B sales)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Knowledge of fleet management / telematics industry is a plus
- Ability to work under targets and pressure
- Own conveyance preferred (if field sales required)
