Job Title: Sales Executive – Travel & Tourism

Job Roles & Responsibilities:
- Sales & Revenue Generation
- Promote and sell domestic and international tour packages with special focus on Char Dham Yatra, pilgrimage tours, group tours, honeymoon packages, and customized itineraries.
- Achieve assigned sales targets through effective customer engagement, follow-ups, and closures.
- Convert inquiries into confirmed bookings by providing detailed travel guidance and competitive quotations.
- Lead Generation & Outdoor Sales
- Generate leads through outdoor sales activities, field visits, local marketing, travel desks, temples, hotels, transport hubs, and corporate visits.
- Develop new customer bases through referrals, walk-ins, and on-ground promotions.
- Coordinate with marketing teams for lead support from digital platforms and campaigns.
- Char Dham Sales Expertise
- Handle end-to-end sales for Char Dham Yatra packages including Kedarnath, Badrinath, Gangotri, and Yamunotri.
- Guide clients on travel routes, registration process, helicopter services, accommodations, weather conditions, and best travel timelines.
- Manage seasonal sales rush and ensure timely confirmations during peak Char Dham periods.
- Experience in dealing with local vendors, hotels, transport providers, and helipad operations related to Char Dham.
- Client Handling & Relationship Management
- Build strong relationships with individual travelers, families, senior citizens, and group travelers.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through professional communication and after-sales support.
- Address customer queries, objections, and concerns effectively.
- Coordination & Operations Support
- Coordinate with operations, reservations, transport, and hotel partners for smooth execution of bookings.
- Ensure accurate documentation, payment follow-ups, and booking confirmations.
- Assist clients during travel emergencies or last-minute changes, especially during Char Dham season.
- Market Intelligence & Reporting
- Track competitor pricing, Char Dham package trends, and customer preferences.
- Maintain daily sales reports, lead follow-ups, and revenue records.
- Provide feedback to management for improving tour packages and sales strategies.
- Brand Representation
- Represent Travel Paradise Online Private Limited professionally during outdoor promotions, field sales, exhibitions, and local events.
- Uphold the company’s brand image and service standards at all times.
Key Skills & Requirements:
- Strong communication and convincing skills (Hindi mandatory; English preferred).
- Proven experience in travel sales, especially Char Dham Yatra.
- Willingness to work in outdoor/field sales and travel extensively.
- Knowledge of Uttarakhand geography, pilgrimage routes, and seasonal travel challenges.
- Target-driven attitude with excellent follow-up skills.
Preferred Experience:
- 1–4 years of experience in travel & tourism sales.
- Prior experience in Char Dham Yatra sales or operations will be highly preferred.
- Familiarity with CRM tools, WhatsApp sales, and travel booking systems.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
