Sales Executive - UK Moving Services (Remote - Work From India)

About Us:

Movemates UK is a rapidly growing UK-based moving and removals company. We're expanding our sales team in India and looking for ambitious Sales Executives to help convert our UK customer leads into confirmed bookings.

Role Overview:

As a Sales Executive, you'll be responsible for closing sales for our UK moving services. You'll handle warm inbound leads, make outbound cold calls, and follow up on quotes to convert them into bookings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound sales inquiries from UK customers
• Make outbound cold calls to generate new business
• Follow up on leads and quotations via phone and email
• Close sales and achieve monthly targets
• Build strong relationships with UK clients
• Maintain accurate records in CRM system
• Provide exceptional customer service

Required Skills & Experience:

✅ 1-3 years of experience in sales/telesales (BPO/International sales preferred)

✅ Excellent English communication (verbal & written)

✅ Proven track record of meeting sales targets

✅ Comfortable with cold calling and lead generation

✅ Comfortable working UK business hours (evening/night shift in India)

✅ Experience with UK/International clients is a plus

✅ Strong negotiation and closing skills

✅ CRM experience (Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot, etc.)

Compensation Breakdown:

• Base Salary: ₹15,000 - ₹30,000/month
• Commission: ₹500 - ₹3,000 per confirmed booking
• Realistic Monthly Earnings: ₹30,000 - ₹60,000
• Top Performers Earn: ₹70,000 - ₹1,00,000+/month
• Annual CTC: ₹3,60,000 - ₹12,00,000 (with strong performance)

Commission Structure Example:

• Close 10 bookings/month = ₹5,000 - ₹30,000 extra
• Close 20 bookings/month = ₹10,000 - ₹60,000 extra
• Close 30+ bookings/month = ₹15,000 - ₹90,000+ extra

Work Timings:

• Shift: 2:30 PM - 11:30 PM IST (UK business hours)
• Monday to Friday (5 days working)
• Optional Saturday shifts for additional incentives

Interview Process:

• Telephonic screening (English communication assessment)
• Sales aptitude test & cold calling roleplay
• Final round with UK management
