Sales Executive Role: Concise Summary (Updated)

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Growth: Generate and convert new leads to meet/exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Conduct client meetings, site visits, and close sales.

Market Penetration: Actively promote the brand to contractors, engineers, architects, and builders. Monitor competitor activity.

Client Management: Build and maintain long-term client relationships. Provide excellent pre- and post-sales customer service and offer tailored solutions.

Coordination & Reporting: Coordinate with internal teams for timely delivery. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.

Product Expertise: Maintain up-to-date technical knowledge of uPVC and System Aluminum products.

Required Qualifications & Skills

Education: Bachelor’s degree or Diploma.

Experience: Minimum 1-2 years in Sales (preferably in uPVC, System Aluminium, Building Materials, or Construction).

Track Record: Proven ability to achieve sales targets and drive business development.

Core Skills: Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.

Language: Proficiency in Malayalam and basic English/Hindi.

Mobility: Must be willing to travel across North Kerala. Own two-wheeler and valid license preferred.

North Kerala:

Calicut (1 position)

Malappuram (1 position)

Kannur (1 position, if needed for North Kerala coverage)

Central & South Kerala:

Cochin (2 positions)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
