Sales Executive (Upwork & Freelancing Platforms)

We are looking for a driven and results-oriented Sales Executive with proven experience in generating business through freelancing platforms such as Upwork, Bark, and others. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong proposal writing ability, and a deep understanding of how to convert leads into long-term clients.

The ideal candidate must be comfortable working in a fast-paced agency environment and be capable of consistently identifying opportunities, engaging prospects, and closing deals for digital services including web design, development, and marketing.

You will work closely with the internal team to understand service offerings and align client requirements with business solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and generate leads through Upwork, Bark, and other freelancing platforms.
• Write customized, high-converting proposals and bids.
• Communicate with potential clients via chat, email, and calls to understand their requirements.
• Convert leads into paying clients and maintain strong client relationships.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project onboarding.
• Maintain a pipeline of prospects and track sales performance.
• Stay updated with platform algorithms, bidding strategies, and market trends.

Requirements

• Proven experience in sales through Upwork, Bark, or similar platforms.
• Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
• Strong email communication and client handling skills.
• Ability to understand client requirements and propose suitable solutions.
• Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
