Lakhani Group is looking for an experienced Sales Executive to join our growing real estate team. This position is ideal for a driven individual who enjoys working with clients and achieving sales targets.
Job Responsibilities:
- Arrange client appointments and conduct property site visits
- Communicate with clients through calls, emails, and in-person meetings
- Generate leads and connect with potential clients via social media platforms
- Explore and develop new business opportunities, including collaborations with auto dealers
- Promote, sell, and upsell service packages to new and existing clients
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with clients
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and service terms to close sales
- Develop a strong sales pipeline through networking, cold calling, emails, and industry events
- Keep up to date with market trends, competitors, and industry developments
- Achieve and exceed assigned sales and revenue targets
Requirements:
- 1 -2 years of experience in sales and marketing
- Ability to work independently with strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent negotiation and relationship-building abilities
- Honest, professional, and well-mannered personality
- Basic proficiency in MS Office
